1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Hytale-Servers.Best (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on Hytale-Servers.Best for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

3. Server Listings

When you submit a server to our platform, you agree that:

• You are the owner or have explicit permission to list the server
• All information provided is accurate and truthful
• Your server complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• Your server content does not violate intellectual property rights
• You will not use misleading information to promote your server
• You will not manipulate voting or ranking systems

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not submit content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infrings on intellectual property rights
• Contains malicious code, viruses, or harmful components
• Promotes illegal activities or services
• Contains hate speech, discriminatory content, or harassment
• Contains explicit adult content without proper age verification
• Impersonates any person or entity

6. Voting System

Our voting system is designed to provide fair rankings for all servers. You agree that:

• You will not use bots, scripts, or automated means to cast votes
• You will not create multiple accounts to vote for the same server
• You will not offer incentives that manipulate voting results
• Violation of these rules may result in vote removal and account suspension

7. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any content submitted to the platform without prior notice if we determine that it violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We are not responsible for monitoring all content but may do so at our discretion.

8. Disclaimer

The materials on Hytale-Servers.Best are provided on an 'as is' basis. Hytale-Servers.Best makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Hytale-Servers.Best is not affiliated with Hytale or Hypixel Studios. All game content and materials are trademarks and copyrights of their respective owners.

9. Limitations

In no event shall Hytale-Servers.Best or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Hytale-Servers.Best, even if Hytale-Servers.Best or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Hytale-Servers.Best and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from your use of and access to the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
